Returns Policy

Changed your mind? We want you to be fully satisfied every time you purchase from us, but if you change your mind about your product(s) for any reason you have 14 working days in which to make a return. Provided the item(s) have not been customised in any way, you can return all or some of the goods and receive a refund for those returned by following the procedure outlined:

1.    You must notify us in writing of your intention to return the item(s) by emailing within 14 working days from the date of receiving your product(s). In the unfortunate event that you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, please endeavour to email us with details of the fault/damage as soon as possible so that we can resolve the situation without delay for you. Please include your order number with all email correspondence.
2.    Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all the packaging intact to: ARRI Rental Camstore Returns Department, 3 Highbridge, Oxford Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1LX. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
3.    We strongly recommend that you return the item(s) to us by a secure means using a recorded delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. We also recommend that you insure the return shipment as all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by ARRI Rental. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged while being returned.
4.    We will refund the cost of the returned item(s) minus the delivery charge to the original credit or debit card used to pay. Delivery and return costs are not refundable unless the goods are found to be faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the aforementioned procedure is not followed and we emphasise that the time limit is strict.
