How do I create an account?

Under 'My Account' in the top right corner of our site select 'Register' and then simply follow the prompts for 'New Customers'. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Once you have created an account you can edit your account information by logging in. To do this select 'Login' under 'My Account' in the top right corner of our site.

I forgot my password.

Select 'Login' under 'My Account' and within the Login box you'll see a link that says 'Forgotten Password?' Click the link and enter your email address. An email will be sent to you with your password.

How do I place an order?

Buying from us is quick and easy. Here's how you do it:

1.    Use our drop-down menus, product filters and search bar to find what you want.
2.    Once you’ve made up your mind, simply click 'Add to Basket'. The quantity of items in your shopping basket will be shown at the top right of the page.
3.    You can click 'View Shopping Basket' to check what you’ve selected, change quantities and pay for your order.

Alternatively, once you’ve made your selection, just click 'Checkout' and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

You can get back to your basket and pay at any time by clicking 'View Shopping Basket' or 'Checkout'.
When will my order arrive? 

We aim to provide a next working day delivery to mainland UK customers as standard on all orders for £6.60 using Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class. Although we endeavor to get your order to you as quickly as possible, next-day delivery is not guaranteed and may take longer. Royal Mail statistics suggest they aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day. See our Delivery Information page to find out more about our deliveries.

What if I'm not available when my order comes?

If you are not present when delivery is attempted, you will be left a calling card informing you that you can either collect the parcel from your local depot or reschedule a new delivery.

Can I collect my order?

If you prefer, orders can be collected from our premises at 3 Highbridge, Oxford Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1LX. Please call 01895 457100 before collection to confirm that your order is available before making your journey.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

At present we do not offer an International service and cannot accept any orders for delivery outside of the UK. 

What is your returns policy?

If you change your mind about your product(s) for any reason you have 14 working days in which to make a return. You just need to notify us in writing of your intention to return the item(s) by emailing within 14 working days from the date of receiving your product(s). We strongly recommend that you return the item(s) to us by a secure means using a recorded delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. Is my delivery charge refunded when I make a return?

Unfortunately, we do not refund the original delivery charge paid by you, so all refunds will be minus that specific amount. Delivery and return costs are only refundable if the goods are found to be faulty.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please email as soon as possible so that we can resolve the situation without delay for you.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

Yes. A full VAT invoice will be sent to you with your order.
